I had trouble getting to Solla Sollew (aka Ft Leonardwood)

LDAC is over, and I'm currently in the St Louis airport... as I have been since 2445 last night. It all started in Seattle when I realized my two duffel bags were set for going to Ft Leonardwood and I was only going to St Louis. Both my flights were delayed which resulted in the late arrival to St Louis. Fortunately, I was able to talk to the baggage people and get my duffel bags back. Unfortunately, the late arrival caused me and 5 other DCLT cadets to miss the bus that left at 2300 to go to Leonardwood. I had tried calling the bus POC while still in Seattle, but apparently the number we had for the person in charge of the DCLT cadets transportation is out of the country till July 18th. Earlier in the day I had also tried calling my POC for the 3rd Chemical BDE, but that, again, turned out to be a dead end as the POC has been away from Ft Leonardwood for two years now. Once in St Louis, me and the other 5 cadets stumbled across a USO near the baggage claim area, and that is where we've been ever since. Apparently, there's a basic training group that's starting up in a few days, so all the cots and lazyboys were already filled when we got there. I slept in an armchair in front of a TV that played infomericals from about 0200 till 0800 this morning. I was then informed there was another bus we could catch at 0900 that would take us to Leonardwood. At 0920 we met the bus but were turned away because it was already full, and we were told to wait until the next bus to Leonardwood at 1900 tonight. Not wanting to spend the entire day at the airport, we put our 6 cadet brains together and fought to find a way out of St Louis. At one point, we were close to jumping on a bus full of basic trainees and taking that bus to Leonardwood, but thankfully,we were contacted by a superviser who told us we could catch a bus that would come between 1430 and 1500. That is the current situation. I have now been in the St Louis airport for a little over 13 hours. As for the USO we've been living in since last night... it's awesome. Free food, free tv, free internet on free computers (hence this post), and free girl scout cookies. If they do not get me out of this place here soon, I shall soon become obese.
